As owner/director of TIGP my focus is on improving our goods and services and having strong values based on people, process and products. I am passionate about leadership, new technology, footy and most importantly my family.

I take great satisfaction in growing, mentoring, raising and guiding my family, friends and staff. I am particularly keen in finding opportunities to continue learning and discovering new ideas in everything I do. Then I take great pride in passing this knowledge on to those around me.

My belief is that the best approach to growing a business is to focus on growing each member of staff then empowering each of them to hold each other accountable, honest and be the best version on themselves they can be.
